Comparing the Marshall Class 5 with 10" speaker against the Vox AC4TV (10" speaker) and the smaller Vox AC4TV8 (8" speaker) combo amps. The audio portion was recorded using a Sennheiser e609 Silver Dynamic Guitar Microphone closed-miced against the amplifier speaker grill. A Macbook with Garageband 08' was used in the audio mix. Video editing was done using iMovie 08". The guitar playing portion was looped using a Boss RC-2 loop pedal. Still pics were taken using an old Olympus C-4000Z digital camera. A Digitech Digiverb Reverb Pedal in Hall setting was enabled for the entire video and a Boss MD-2 Distortion Pedal set to overdrive was used for the "dirty" portion of the video. Please comment on which amp you preferred and why. Thanks for watching.
